I’m based in New York, while also serving clients across the Atlantic, including in my beautiful Croatia. - You'll often find me on the move, connecting clients and continents.

With a dynamic legal career that transcends international borders, I offer a wealth of experience in intellectual property, entertainment, advertising, and corporate law.

As the General Counsel & Secretary, North America for TheSoul Publishing Group in New York, the world's largest independent digital studio, I managed all legal and regulatory aspects of this global enterprise, engaging with hundreds of millions of followers across diverse social media platforms.

Beyond overseeing global entertainment and media legal matters—such as licensing, creator services, mergers, and regulatory compliance, I also bring law firm experience in handling IP litigation across various sectors.

My legal journey from Zagreb, Croatia to New York has equipped me with the skills to advise, manage, and enforce global intellectual property portfolios for international clients. I negotiate complex contracts for influencers, provide guidance on influencer/brand advertising, and support European businesses in their U.S. ventures.

My diverse legal background and admission to the New York and U.S. District Courts uniquely position me to tackle complex legal challenges on both sides of the Atlantic.
